| With her 26 years in credit union and mortgage lending,
Diana embodies the cooperative spirit of the credit union movement.
Diana created, developed, and implemented mortgage departments for
two large local Southern California Credit Unions. She trained the
staff in origination, processing, underwriting and funding, servicing, obtained Fannie Mae
and Freddie Mac approval to sell directly into the Secondary Market,
as well as serving as Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Diana
helped establish Member Benefit Services and ACUMA, and was one of the
seven founding members of the Southern California CUREN Group. Diana
has served as CUREN Vice President, Treasurer, and Board Member.
